Gregory ‘Greg’ Lynn Marsh was born on March 7, 1955 at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska to Dora Adelaide ‘Laddie’ Marsh (nee Hornbech) and Max Merrill Marsh.

He earned a degree in Telecommunications from Southwest Missouri State University and later completed his MBA. He devoted more than 20 years of his professional life to the telecommunications field.

Greg and Charlene were married in August 1980 and started their family in the small southern town of Thayer, Missouri. After the birth of their 3rd child they moved to O'Fallon, Missouri where they had 2 more children and raised them all in that same home for nearly 20-years before moving back to Southwest MO to Branson, Missouri to be near relatives.

Greg was a thoughtful person with deep interests. He was an enthusiastic science fiction fan, with a special love for Star Trek, which reflected his curiosity, imagination, and appreciation for exploration and possibility. He also enjoyed golfing, biking, bowling, and coaching his kids through softball and baseball seasons. His kids remember many bike rides together on the Katy Trail.

Greg will be remembered for his dedication to his family and the passion for the things he loved. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Max and Adelaide Marsh. He is survived of his wife of 45 years, Charlene Marsh (nee Snowden); his children Georgia McCrary (nee Marsh), Kristen Schulte (nee Marsh), Adam Marsh, Evan Marsh, and Aaron Marsh; and his grandchildren; Eva and Lily Schulte, Maxon and Dexter Marsh. He is survived by his siblings Georgia Schuette (nee Marsh), Randy Marsh, Steve Marsh, and Karen Marsh; also by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will take place at 9am on Tuesday 17th of March, 2026 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Branson, Missouri followed by the burial in Blue Eye, Missouri.
