A "Pre-Arrangement" allows you to plan your service before it is actually needed. This saves those you love from the decision-making process after your death as well as ensures the service is conducted as per your wishes.

Information
Put down all your biographical information about your life, career and your family. All the facts you'll want everyone to know and remember. Write down all the personal information that you will want known; things like hobbies, special interests, career information, etc.
Arrangements
You will meet with a funeral director and make decisions about your funeral or memorial service, what type of casket or urn, vault, the services you want, and other details. We will explain all your options, outline the costs, and make recommendations, if you like.
Funding The Funeral
Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home offers pre-funding through trust or insurance, which allows you to alleviate the financial burden on your family. Stop in or call us to speak to one of our funeral directors. We will work with you to set up a pre-funded plan to fit your budget. With a pre-funded funeral plan through us, we guarantee the costs of your funeral today or years to come. A pre-funded funeral arranged with any other funeral home in the area may be transferred to us with no loss of benefits.
IRREVOCABLE plans are transferable as well by simply signing a transfer form. You will not lose any Medicaid or SSI benefits.
